About RightGreen

RightGreen was founded as a furniture recycling specialist within the higher education market. In 2017 we were appointed as preferred supplier on the NEUPC furniture reuse and recycling framework.

Since then, we have developed our business and grown our service offering to become a one stop shop for storage and relocation projects with an emphasis on environmental sustainability.

One Stop Shop

We are a one stop solution for all office relocations and building clearances. 

Founded in 2015 after identifying a gap in the market for a sustainable company who offers furniture reuse and recycle programmes. Our sister company A&G Wainwright Ltd was working on site at Leeds university and had conversations with the sustainability manager regarding their frustration at a lack of solution in the market for a more sustainable relocation programme. We are now solely responsible for several furniture recycle and reuse programmes and are framework aligned on the NEUPC. 

Donating Furniture

Our relocation and recycling work often results in surplus equipment and furniture which has been permanently removed from the site. Details of all unwanted items retrieved from projects under this agreement will be uploaded to our recycling portal found in the Marketplace section.

Re-Upholstery Services

RightGreen’s bespoke re-upholstery service is there to give our customers the option of extending the lifetime of their furniture. We can accommodate furniture of all types & sizes with replacement foam, sustainable fabrics & a high quality end product that helps you meet your sustainability goals.

  • Our bespoke furniture reuse program has been set up to make things easier and stop the disposal of redundant and surplus office furniture being an environmental problem. A member of the RightGreen joiner team will upload and grade all unwanted items that are removed from site onto our portal and these items will be available for other departments to order free of charge. 

  • The rework team have vast experience adapting and reworking furniture on behalf of our customers to save money on the cost of buying new. All members of the Rework Team are qualified joiners and can offer a full suite of rework options.   We offer:

    • Desk resizing services to adapt existing furniture to better fit office space
    • Furniture re-upholstery to give a new lease of life to operator chairs, tub chairs and sofas
    • Furniture Vinyl Wrap to give old furniture and cupboards a face lift.
  • Our dedicated team work hard to ensure over 97% of all surplus items are recycled. They can be offered out to local charities of your choice free of charge.

Building Relationships

We have developed strong working relationships across the UK with institutions including York Council, Leeds University and London Metropolitan University. 

We have extensive removal, relocation and storage experience, our highly trained and DBS checked team works tirelessly to ensure that each project is planned and executed as smoothly as possible from inception to completion.
